About This Service
When a parent can no longer manage safely alone, the choice can feel impossible. Manan was started so that families in Kathmandu, and sons and daughters living abroad, have a place they can trust completely. Our founders run the centre themselves, every day. They know each resident by name, by their favourite tea and by the stories they like to tell.
Residents live in clean, bright rooms in the green foothills of Chapali, Budhanilkantha. The air is fresher than the city centre, the roads are quieter, and there is space to sit in the sun.
